With over 25 years of combined experience, our company prides itself on top quality knowledge and training experience. Our work ethic and care put forth towards our personal training clients and profession is unparallelled. Our certified personal trainers have a burning passion for fitness and have a desire to share it with all who are ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle. The Training Habit team is also available to come to your home gym, community gym or an outdoor area near you.

Our History

The Training Habit was started on the foundation of spreading knowledge to those who are sick of an industry that is saturated with high turnover, get thin quick fads and where the meat market mentality is the norm. Our staff strives to set The Training Habit apart by providing sustainable methods to help you for years to come, in a positive and supportive environment by professional trainers who care. Each member of our staff has had success in transforming themselves at one time or another and have over 250 hours of training experience at minimum. Therefore, we understand what it takes mentally and physically to get you where you need to be. The amount of certificates, trophies and medals means nothing if a personal trainer can not provide results. A personal trainer is seasoned when providing quality weight loss results time and time again as we do. If a trainer has no experience, no personality or a genuine care for his/her clients when applying their knowledge; their “certificates” and accolades are worthless.
