Kai is the head trainer and owner at The Training Habit in Irvine. After being a voted top personal trainer in Orange County, she deiced to open her own facility. Her unique style of training and dynamic approach has led to a numerous number of pounds of fat lost. Sherlyn

Sheryln is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from the University of California, Berkeley and Masters of Science in Nutrition from California State University, Long Beach. She completed her dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. She started her career in clinical nutrition working at a major teaching hospital, St. Lukes-Roosevelt hospital in New York City, NY. applying medical nutrition therapy for various disease states.
